This may include system planning, creating cost analyzes, ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, component installation work or supervision, system test planning, and creating training. for new technology users.

Projects management

Technology coordinators will often be in charge of managing various technology projects. They will need to assemble an appropriate team, research technologies, schedule meetings, schedule project deadlines, and monitor project implementation. Some technology coordinators will have large teams to work with, while others will be asked to do many of the tasks on their own.
